About Me
I have always had a love of crafts, and was an avid 'wet wool felter' before discovering glass. I also dabbled in card making, but my first introduction to glasswork, was making copper foiled suncatchers.
My journey into fused glass began in 2020, and I was quickly smitten. I love the light, bright colours and endless possibilities of working with glass, and the excitement of opening the kiln to see how a piece has been transformed during firing.
I design and make each piece individually, taking inspiration particularly from colour and nature. My work ranges from decorative pieces and gifts to framed glass art and more sulptural designs. Because of the nature of handmade fused glass, no two pieces are ever exactly the same - something I particularly love about the process.
Criss Creates Crafts has grown from my enjoyment of experimenting with glass into an opportunity to share my creations with others. I hope you enjoy looking through my work and perhaps find a piece that brings a little colour and individuality to your own home.
Please feel free to contact me with any enquiries, and I'll do my best to help.

One of the things I love doing most is chatting to people about fused glass. I've enjoyed sharing my enthusiasm for glass at many craft fairs over the last couple of years.
